Just Do This Every Morning

  1. Hold weights in both hands.  Depend­ing on your fit­ness lev­el, you can use an amount of weight rang­ing from 2 pounds to 30 pounds.
  2. Walk up a flight of stairs.
  3. Repeat 10 times.

Your only excuse not to do this is if you have bum knees — bring a doctor’s note and you’re excused.

The rest of you — get mov­ing!

    I should think that wear­ing a 10-pound back­pack while walk­ing the city streets and climb­ing sub­way stairs should pro­vide some­what equiv­a­lent ben­e­fits.
